They dealt with the sale of my elderly mothers house with understanding and empathy towards her unique requirements, dealing with all the appointments and viewings on our behalf. As we live some distance away it was great to know the process was all managed for us.
Masons Local knowledge of the area meant that they kept us informed of all appropriate properties that met with our requirements and guided us through the whole process.
During the whole process Masons ensured all parties were kept up to date with communication, even liaising between solicitors to ensure we were all in the loop and trying to assist with communication all round.
I would especially like to mention Tyra who I feel went above and beyond by assisting us personally with documentation and helping my mother through the process.
Understanding and empathy
Even though, I am not over the line just yet with my sale and purchase, I can't fault the professionalism of the team at Masons. From the first meeting with Jake, talking me though the options and guiding me through to offer stage was absolutely incredible. At first , I was a bit concerned being the "other side of the bridge" however, still the knowledge and the viewings were all a great success leading to many offers. I could also not, write a post without mentioning the absolutely incredible Tyra. Never have I met such a caring person who truly does fight for you every step of the way. She has kept in touch through the whole process with any updates I wish I could give higher than 5*. Incredible and just THANK YOU X
